Selling real estate for me is less about selling and more about matching homes to Buyers and Sellers. I have a genuine tenaciousness and just won’t give up. It has taken some buyers two years to find the right home. Another buyer took one week!
For Sellers, I tailor my marketing to what is current. We continuously tour the marketplace to remain in touch with the new homes now available. My partner and daughter, Courtney Petruska, joined me in 2006, bringing to my career new technological input, perspective, and insight into our changing market.
BACKGROUND
My husband and I moved to Dallas from Ohio in 1982 that he might pursue his legal career. Our daughter, Courtney, was born in 1983.
•Bachelor of Science degree in education. I taught high school English until we moved to Dallas.
•I began my real estate career in 1985.
•Completed the Metrotex Association of Realtors Leadership Program.
