Lisa Good understands that real estate is not a one-size-fits-all industry. For her, it's all about shaking off the norm and rising to a higher standard. Says she: "My clients are entrusting me with an intimate piece of their life: where they live and where they raise a family. I'm committed to conducting an integrity-driven business."
Good has used her knowledge of an exclusive niche and her understanding of luxury sales and market data to enjoy 17 years of successfully closed real-estate transactions. Her areas of expertise are Argyle, Bartonville, Southlake, Westlake, Las Colinas, Flower Mound, Highland Village and Trophy Club. Using a cutting-edge approach to selling, Good utilizes modern marketing techniques and influential social media coupled with proven traditional venues in representing her discerning clientele. When it comes to building a successful reputation, Good says that "assisting people with the most lucrative investment most of them will make has not only taught me the art of strategic marketing and advertising but also has instilled the importance of contributing to the community in a positive, supportive way, whenever possible." She contributes a portion of each commission to a charity of her client's choice. Through Good's experience in navigating all types of unique real-estate transactions, including a recent sale via FaceTime, she delivers world-class service and earns the trust of her clients. "The most rewarding moments," she says, "come when I receive a call from a former client, with a referral."
While Good's personality is engaging, creative and spirited, her approach to selling or finding your home is serious. An accomplished agent, Good was voted by Best of Denton County as its top Real Estate Seller Agent of 2012, has appeared with her listing on HGTV's House Hunters International and was a candidate to appear on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing: Dallas. In 2017, she will appear in an episode of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles. She has been featured twice in Living Magazine's Women in Business and Who's Who in Real Estate. Argyle Living magazine featured Good on its January 2017 cover, with an article inside called "As Good as it Gets." Good is a long-standing member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is e-PRO internet-marketing-certified. She is one of only three Dallas-area agents listed in the duPont Registry as an Elite Agent and whose homes have been recognized in its Top 10.
A Texas native, Good returned to the Dallas area after graduating from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and professional writing. After years as a freelance technical writer in some of Dallas' top industries, Good decided to put her entrepreneurial skills to work and switch her focus to real-estate marketing and sales. She resides in Argyle with her husband and two daughters, who attend Liberty Christian School and the University of Arkansas. During her free time, one might find her in her craft room, quietly working on scrapbooks, or revving it up at the Texas Motor Speedway, racing autos to raise funds for Speedway Children's Charities.
"Her caring, fun and genuine appeal will win your heart; her effective, cutting-edge approach to real estate will win your loyalty. This vivacious professional attracts attention and that attention will sell your property." -Living Magazine writer Dacia Coffey... Less
